Pre-Order Policy — Three 7Heaven

At Three 7Heaven, some items may be offered as pre-orders. This option is used when a product is newly launching, temporarily out of stock, or in the process of being restocked.

When placing a pre-order, payment is collected immediately at checkout. Submitting a pre-order confirms that you agree to be charged at the time of purchase.

An estimated shipping window will appear on the product page and again in your confirmation email. Please remember, this timeframe is an estimate and may shift due to production schedules, supplier delays, or unexpected changes. Updated shipping timelines will be shared if adjustments occur.

Preorder items are expected to ship within 14 days after the 21 day preorder event ends, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Preorder purchases may not be canceled once production has begun. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you request any changes to your pre-order (such as address changes or product swaps), your shipment may be delayed and may require additional shipping fees.
