Returns and Exchanges
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges when requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Please note that refunds are not offered at this time. Approved returns will be issued as store credit or processed as an exchange for another size or color, subject to availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the form with your order number and request details.
All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and approved before being shipped back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Gift Returns
If you received a Three 7Heaven item as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit as long as it meets our return criteria and the request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless approved by customer care. typically only on damaged items.
Updating or Canceling a Return Request
If you decide not to proceed with a return, you may allow the request to expire.
If you need to update an exchange, such as changing the size or item, please contact us through our Contact Us page and our team will assist you.
Store Credit Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit e-gift card will be issued within 7 business days. Please check your inbox and spam folder for the digital delivery.
Redeeming Store Credit
To redeem your store credit, enter the gift card code at checkout in the “gift card or discount” field. If you experience any issues, try refreshing your browser, clearing your cache, or using a different device.
